We’re running two Healthy Eating workshops during November (Saturdays 11th and 18th, 2-4pm). During these 2 hour Workshops, we’ll give you all the information you need to improve your eating habits and create a balanced nutritional approach which you can apply long term without dieting. We’ll cover Calories, Carbs, Protein, Fats, Water, and Reading Food Labels. These workshops are free for our valued members to help you get the very best results from your efforts, but spaces are limited. Please book with your trainer at your next session.
