Yoga is the perfect antidote to a workout, a class where there is something for everyone.
Our Hatha instructor Suzanne is an expert in crafting balanced, restorative classes - which challenge and nourish both the mind.. and the body.
You will be able to improve your mobility, flexibility, strength and mental health - as well you can expect to be taken really good care of with Suzanne's use of blankets and eye pillows.

Yoga classes currently run:
6.45 - 7.45pm on a Monday &
9am - 10am on a Thursday
(We may add more classes and courses in the future!)
Prices for classes are as follows:
Drop-in for £14 per session
Pay £60 for a block of 5 classes
Pay £100 for a block of 10 classes
