Yoga is the perfect antidote to a workout, a class where there is something for everyone.
Our Hatha instructor Suzanne is an expert in crafting balanced, restorative classes - which challenge and nourish both the mind.. and the body.
You will be able to improve your mobility, flexibility, strength and mental health - as well you can expect to be taken really good care of with Suzanne's use of blankets and eye pillows.

Yoga classes currently run:
9am - 10am & 7.15pm - 8.15pm on a Thursday
(We may add more classes in the near future!)
Prices for classes are as follows:
Drop-in for £12 per session
Pay £66 for a block of 6 classes
